Practice nursing with a comprehensive approach, recognizing the social determinants of health that directly impact patient recovery. Collaborate at the Spiritual Guidance Station (if active and requested by you) to address emotional well-being
Fosters cultural competence, a critical requirement for working with diverse populations in the U.S. and Canada, and prepares you for empathy-driven nursing practice.

Learn to innovate and manage patient care with available resources, developing practical and safe solutions. Work within multidisciplinary teams (with physicians and dentists) and alongside interpreters.
